Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Multicam at 100% against YI Pro's 26%. Multicam also leads on price (Free vs $4.99) and rating (5.0 vs 2.8). YI Pro's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 3) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.
