CA Schools vs CareConnect Mobile

The CA Schools app helps you find, save, and share nearby California schools by searching on a variety of criteria. With location based searches, you can find schools by your physical location, a custom map, counties & school districts, cities, or ZIP codes. Additionally, you can filter on specific school types (such as Elementary or High Schools), school names, public/private, and more. Search results are displayed as pins on an intuitive map view as well as a sortable list view. You can save favorite searches for later as well as share your searches and results with friends and family. Selecting a school you're interested in will display details and data reports collected by the California Department of Education. Details include school contact information (e.g. email, phone, website, etc), administrator contact information, district details, reports on assessments, demographics, and much more! The CA Schools mobile app was designed and created by the California Department of Education to share our collected school data. CareConnect is the all-in-one Early Care and Education platform that empowers educators to connect with families, children, and communities. CareConnect allows you to do everything you need: sign in/out, manage students’ enrollment and schedule details, track subsidy billing and payments, manage tuition billing and payments for parents, and much more! PROGRAM STAFFS: Sign in/out or add daily activities, manage student’s profile and immunization, keep emergency contacts, contactless attendance with parent kiosk, submit subsidy time sheets and invoices. PARENTS: Report absence, view attendance record, set up online bill pay, sign in/out, and more features are coming soon! PARENT KIOSK: Parents sign in/out using unique PIN codes. Contactless option with QR Code is also available. VIEW PARENT PIN CODE: Staffs access to manage the parents' PIN codes, send PIN code via email or text message. MANAGE STUDENT’S PROFILE: Maintain family contacts, siblings, allergies, medication, diet restrictions, immunization records, and enrollment schedules.
