The clearest difference is update cadence: Speed Queen at fortnightly against FrogShield's every 4 months. Speed Queen also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 20). FrogShield's advantage is device support (4 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 16.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
