This app is GREAT!
The best facilities, and application iโve found yet!!
Excellent Customer Service
There were 2 ladies (Jessica and Babette) who were extremely helpful today by assisting me on who to work my app on my phone to working the machines! I noticed they went above and beyond in making the laundromat looking pristine! They took the time to stop and answer questions with anyone who was confused besides me! These 2 deserve a 10 star rating! Keep doing a fantastic job Jessica and Babette! I will be back to this facility! ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Good app
App always works and is very helpful
Hard to use credit card to fund the app
I have tried multiple times with different methods to fund the app - I just have to go to the counter and have them add the funds but itโs a glitch and I donโt want to delete and reinstall the app until I use all of my funds. Itโs a minor hassle now that Iโve figured it out but it was frustrating.

Completely impossible for new users to access
Tried to create an account on the sign up page but after entering my info the sign up button just wouldnโt work. From what I can tell the only way to create an account is from the app, so thereโs no way to just create an account on their website and log in on the app. Until the issue is fixed the app is just entirely unusable

So Easy!
Love that my favorite laundromat uses this app. I fought using it for a month then jumped in.
No more quarters. Tracks my spending for budgeting purposes and I havenโt found a drawback yet. Simple and time saving. Love it.

Clean, Convenient & Reliable!
Another great experience at this laundromat! Itโs always clean, the machines work great, and I love how easy the Speed Queen app makes everything. The washers and dryers get the job done without having to spend all day doing laundry. Definitely one of my go-to spotsโclean, convenient, and reliable every time!
