The facility is always clean even when very busy . The only complaint that I have is that when you’re supposed to get rewards for using the machine it is a 50/50 chance.
Great Laundry app
Great app for setting up the machines at Quantum Laundry it helps you with the right settings. Weather you want your clothes to be warm, cold, wrinkled and just right the machine provides you with a lot of settings. With the dryer you can extend your time so your clothes get nice and dry.

Easy to use and very convenient instead of having to change dollar bills for quarters. Very easy to recharge your profile with money I usually do Apple Pay.

No refunds
The app doesn’t give refunds for the pre-paid balance you have to put on the app. The laundromat machines went offline and I got screwed. Lame. No help offered on the app.
Best laundromat in Utah
This laundromat no matter what time I come is always clean has plenty of washers and dryers. I love the mobile app option. The bathrooms are always immaculate, and the staff are extremely friendly.

Constant logout
Constantly logs me out of the location that I go to. Then I have to find the pin inside the store which is no where, should have a way to add the location without needing to ask around for the pin, like finding thru the location or name of business

Sign up button not working
I received the app and hoping to use it for the laundromat and I cannot register or sign up because the button for the sign-up is not working. I’ve tried deleting re-downloading trying to find a way to refresh it. It will not work.

What type of app doesnt allow you to refund your money back to your card? I called customer service and they are saying we cant refund money that I put in my account which is ridiculous. They literally set a minimum amount you have to put into your account which is also crazy.
