App is non-responsive
To get the app to work, you have to walk around the apartment building floor. For some reason, the app does not work when standing inside the laundromat in front of the machine.

Mobile app works great!
App works great at accepting funds, but does not credit refunds when malfunctioning machines are reported via the app.
Better Security
It’s great except for it should only let you open a foot washer or the dryer. If you have your phone with you to scan it I’ve had my laundry stolen six times from the same laundry room even if I’m gone for 30 seconds and at this point, I have four shirts and two pair pairs of pants because everybody in apartment complex thinks that laundry is free.
