Some of the machines don’t even throw water
This is not the first time or second time they overcharge me and they never refund me. It’s ridiculous.
CSC collects personal data and charges fees
I’m being charges fees for continuing to pay for laundry because I refuse to give my personal information to the app. Name, email adress, phone #, and banking information just to wash my clothes? Inexcusable.
This app needs to have a higher rating...
I made a call for 2 machines out of order in my apartment complex. I was on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 19 min. As I was waiting I downloaded this app and was promoted to enter the machine codes. Hit submit and when support finally answered and I have them the details to our issues, the tickets popped up. Have them my contact details and they will be out immediately in 3 days to address and repair. Totally satisfied with this app.

Don't dry the clothes
It's really been the worst experience since July 7. I'm calling because no dryer works. We're on day 20 and they still don't come to solve the problem, the worst thing that can happen
Redundant
Great, a more expensive and complicated way to do a basic task - laundry. We don’t need an app or account for every crevice of life. But at least some company benefits off the inconveniencing of others.
