Rip off
They make you add five dollars minimum and the machines are only 3.75 . This is done so you always have to spend more money then you need. On top of it all you have to pay for the machines then you have to pay a fee to put your money to use the machines huge rip off.
Poor Quality
Notifications don’t work even though they’re turned on, the “log into Facebook to access your account” doesn’t work and errors out which cost me $20. Emailing customer service is fruitless as they took a week to reply initially and then just gave up. In my experience the Android version of this app is far better since it actually works.

Wouldn’t use it if I didn’t have to. Will take money from you and not add to the time on the dryer- they won’t refund. No one to get in contact with. Washer AND dryer constantly broken. Dryer needs to be ran multiple times to dry anything so plan on spending $5 to just dry a small load.

These machines are in need of serious upgrades we can talk in this complex that we were getting a machines, washer and dryers of course now we’re talking three years ago!!! 😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they are horrible to many breakdowns !!😏😏😏

you guys need to do a better job of knowing when your machines are down. i started a machine twice to dry because i thought maybe it glitched but no just not working and should have had an OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON IT so no one waste their damn time .
Pass
The machines are always offline, there is only 1 of each, the prices go up but nothing changes with the service. My clothes still come out dirty, probably due to lack of maintenance.
Utterly useless
Rejected four credit cards from three banks. I ended up going to the bank to buy quarters to do my laundry. Wasted an hour of my time. Customer service also useless. Wish I could give it zero. Uninstalling it now.
Easy to use, convenient.
It’s nice not fumble with quarters or cash. CSCgo machines are usually always “In-Order”. Ready for your use. Thank you CSCgo. The app makes it just that much better.
Refunds
They never give refunds when their machines mess up. And there machines charge twice for once use all the time and I send in for a refund and never hear or get nothing back from them
Bad service maintenance
What a joke. Machines down for months at a time. This is not a business. Fix machine or have replacement machine ready. Never seen business run like this. Avoid any apartments that have csc because you will be at laundromat a lot

Honestly it's a fairly decent app, unless you do your laundry on a low-temp or delicates, as I do always, and then there's an "add time" function in the app that just eats your money and adds no time. Plus, it's wild being charged a "convenience fee" for anything under $10 when it's pretty inconvenient to have to walk all the way back to the laundry room just to start the dryer again while the useless "add time" button stares at me. Gotta love capitalism in all its dysfunction though am I right
