I signed up because a poster in the laundry room said $5 in free laundry for using the app. When I downloaded the app there was no free $5. It said the promotion was no longer running. Well, the posters that say that should have been removed - completely false advertising. Also, the interface is glitchy, sometimes the tapping doesn’t work, sometimes the QR codes don’t work. This is a garbage product that is run by liars. One step above a scam.

The washers don't wash proper and leaves pods or laundry soap on clothes you have to call and get refund they refuse because you have to call every time you wash but that's because old washing machines it's exploitation of the elderly and disabled because only choice we have🤢😡

Unreliable and Frustrating
Machines break and disconnect frequently but customer service hours are extremely limited so good luck getting help when you actually need it. Not to mention anytime the network is down you’re SOL. Cannot wait to find somewhere with individual washer/dryer. What a nightmare.
Stole my money twice
I have reported twice that the machines had stole my money twice and when I put in a request for a refund, I get nothing. I feel this is the worst company and app ever, you need to do better.
Extra pay
You shouldn’t have to pay more or extra because you are loading less then $10 to your account…. Especially when you are loading it to use with your business

Good app and gives notification when laundry done but sometimes crashes or doesn’t open

I had an account with money in it, I changed the phone couldn’t get access the same account. Costumer service bad don’t answer. They used to make it 2$ with card 2.25 in cash now it is the same
Dirty
All machines dirty. No regular cleaning.only 3 machines working. All QR codes gone. Tap not working.
Trash
The company is a joke. Not registered with the BBB so they can’t be reported. Really cheap machines that never work, no one ever comes to fix them, and the prices keep going up for no reason. The machines aren’t getting better, and neither is the service. Overpriced absolute garbage.
Too expensive
Charge too much money for such small washing and drying machines. Sometimes the machine will double charge you and they sometimes give you a refund.
Fix your machines
Why after you pay, can you NOT adjust the settings. So frequently annoying!!!
Good app
My only problem with the app is that it freezes. So far twice today I’ve had to turn my phone off and reboot it to get the app to work.
