Half the machines never work. You submit service request and the sorry technician says nothing is wrong. You submit another service request and they finally do something about it. You lose money and they may or may not give you a refund. Just garbage machines and a garbage company with the worst “technicians” or whatever you call them. App is non-responsive
To get the app to work, you have to walk around the apartment building floor. For some reason, the app does not work when standing inside the laundromat in front of the machine.

App works great at accepting funds, but does not credit refunds when malfunctioning machines are reported via the app.
Better Security
It’s great except for it should only let you open a foot washer or the dryer. If you have your phone with you to scan it I’ve had my laundry stolen six times from the same laundry room even if I’m gone for 30 seconds and at this point, I have four shirts and two pair pairs of pants because everybody in apartment complex thinks that laundry is free.

Easy pay
Convenient! My complex has a great laundary facility. To be able to walk downstairs to wash clothes without having to insert quarters or swipe credit cards is great. Simply open the app, hold my cellphone to the bar and done. The app tracks exactly how much time remains on washer and dryer and alerts you.

WiFi sucks
If the Wifi worked half the time, will you be able to start the washers or dryers. Then you would have more people paying, more money for the washes! They go to the laundromat because the washers never work!

In Home Laundry Mat
I can appreciated that my apartment complex has 2 different laundry facilities that we can use but we still have to pay to use them which I think is absurd. I pay more in my complex to wash & dry my clothes than I would going to a laundry mat but the fact that the facility is on site I choose to use CSC Go. I’ve requested a refund multiple times due to some of the dryers not operating or even drying my clothes in one full cycle even it’s it set on high for 60 minutes. They never get back you even if you file there being a broken washer or dryer. This alone makes me not want to continue living where I do but I just wanted to leave this review for anyone else who will be or is thinking about using them.

Unnecessary app use on mediocre washing machines.
There’s a reoccurring trend that makes everybody want an app for everything. I 10 out of 10 guarantee you this isn’t something that needs an app that barely works. Literally the app does one thing and that’s let you pay assuming the app is working assuming the pay goes through and assuming that their machines aren’t glitching out yet again. In the last year of me using the CSC Go washing machines, I have not found a more useless product in my life. They raised the prices of the washing machine without raising the quality of the washers or dryers or even doing maintenance by my guess.
