And thanks to their total failure of an app now my clothes are going to mold because they can’t manage to allow me to pay for laundry money to be sent n my wallet and so now I’m leaving this hotel not with my laundry dirty but instead far worse growing mold because I’m not able to dry it at all sunscreen their app won’t allow me to add money and they won’t allow me to get the refund directly to the app and they won’t allow me to buy wallet money for it so now my clothes are wet with no way to dry them they don’t deserve to be on the apple App Store period this is willful destruction of property they should be removed

So unfortunately the washer we use here at volume 2 are not that great, they can get the smell of a new wash in but they won’t wash out stains as well since they are older model units, and obviously if we had an upgrade to a better washer and dryer system we would ultimately have to pay more which also would be worse. It could be better but it could be worse. They do a decent job. They have also broken down more often then the way should which causes a lot a problems for a weekly wash situations cause there’s never a predictable timeframe for the washer or dryer to be repaired. So for $2.25, not all that much worth it for a so called amenity.

Machines never work at my location, submitting complaints is a hassle, and machines are rarely ever serviced. I’ve wasted so much money on re-running dryers and getting help is seemingly intentionally difficult

So grateful for these washers and dryers!!!! Love that this company refunds you if you lose your money!! This is a senior apartment, so we are on a fixed income!! Thankful and grateful!!!

Too pricey for apartment washer/dryers. Hot water doesn’t get hot enough. Refunds are fast and machines are decent. Don’t care too much for front loaders.

Constantly steals your money. Then charges a convenience fee when you have to add additional money for when they mess up and charge you twice. But when they reimburse you they keep that fee even though their machine just stole your money. So no matter what happens this company will always pull one over on you. Stop stealing money from people

Bad company
The app itself isn’t super difficult to use or to maneuver, but the company overall is really shady. You can’t request multiple refunds. You have to wait over a week and then they don’t ever tell you if you will be getting a refund or not. The machine machines are constantly down and they take forever to send anyone over to fix them.
So many times have I started a load it took my money and the machine didn’t register that I paid probably wasted hundreds of dollars. The machines also are so expensive almost 3 dollars to wash a load of laundry. It’s ridiculous.
