Most diet apps are ledgers. You log, they watch, nothing changes. Macro Trainer is a coach. You log, it thinks, and your plan adapts. Set a goal — cut, bulk, or recomp — and Macro Trainer builds your calorie and macro targets, programs your training, then pays attention. Stall for two weeks? It notices, explains why, and proposes the adjustment. Fatigue piling up? It suggests the deload before your joints do. Every week you get a report card: what worked, what slipped, and what to do next. COACHING THAT ADAPTS • A weekly report card with nutrition and workout scores • Automatic plateau detection with one-tap macro adjustments • Deload recommendations when your recovery data says so • Six coach personalities — from warm and nurturing to zero-excuses — or build your own. Chat runs privately, right on your device. LOGGING IN SECONDS • Over a million foods stored on the device — search is instant, even with no signal at the gym or the grocery store • Barcode and nutrition-label scanning • Smart recents and planned meals for one-tap repeat logging PROGRESS YOU CAN READ • A weight trend that shows the truth: 7-day smoothing, goal projection, and body-composition breakdowns • Recovery and biometrics: HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, ketones • Adherence trends that connect what you did to what happened TRAINING BUILT IN • Progressive workout programs with targets that follow your plan • Set logging designed for the gym floor: big controls, rest timers, volume tracking • Missed a session? Pick it up where the plan left off. EVERYWHERE YOU ARE Native on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Windows, and Linux. Your data syncs with Apple Health. YOURS, FOR GOOD One purchase. No subscription, no account, no ads. Everything — including the AI coach — runs on your device, so it's fast, it works offline, and your health data stays exactly where it belongs: with you. Your goal isn't a diary entry. Bring a coach.
