The call

The clearest difference is rating: eCarUp at 3.7 against Easee's 3.3. Easee's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks) and review sentiment (40% vs 20%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

eCarUp holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of eCarUp's written reviews are positive against 40% of Easee's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

eCarUp ships an update every 6 weeks, Easee every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
