Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cinematic Live at 2.5 against Bioscope+'s 1.5. Cinematic Live also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (20% vs 12%). Bioscope+'s advantage is ratings volume (252 vs 21) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
