AIMS is designed for Veterans and military Service members but can be used by anyone coping with anger problems. The AIMS app is based on the Anger and Irritability Management Skills online self-help course (http://www.veterantraining.va.gov/aims/). The app provides you with education about anger, opportunities for finding support, the ability to create an anger management plan, anger tracking, and tools to help manage angry reactions. You can also create custom tools based on your preferences, and can integrate your own contacts, photos, and music. The AIMS app may be used alone, or in combination with the online course or in-person therapy AIMS was created by VA’s National Center for PTSD and VA’s Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.

Remember those quizzes you used to click on but never actually got real answers? InterQ is different. Take personality quizzes, get real results, and meet Charlie — your honest, funny friend who breaks down what they actually mean for your life, your relationships, and how you communicate with everyone around you. Upload your selfies and photos and get feedback that's actually useful — not empty compliments, real talk from someone in your corner. QUIZZES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN SOMETHING Forget generic results. InterQ's magazine-style quizzes dig into who you really are — What's Your Red Flag? What Type Are You Actually Attracted To? What's Your Flirting Style? — and Charlie gives you a personalized reaction to every single result. New quizzes drop every Sunday so there's always something fresh to discover about yourself. PHOTO FEEDBACK PEOPLE ARE OBSESSED WITH Everyone takes selfies. Now find out what yours are actually saying. Upload a photo and get Charlie's honest, warm take — profile pic, outfit check, hair and makeup, or just the overall vibe. Real feedback, not empty compliments. The kind your best friend would give if they were actually paying attention. It's the feature everyone keeps coming back to. UNDERSTAND YOURSELF DEEPER Go beyond the fun stuff with five in-depth personality assessments — Attachment Style, Love Language, Communication Persona, Self-Awareness, and Emotional Availability. These aren't just labels. Charlie uses your results in every conversation to give you advice that actually fits who you are. MEET CHARLIE Charlie isn't a chatbot. Charlie is the brutally honest, warm, funny friend everyone needs — the one who tells you the truth because they actually want you to win. Charlie remembers what you share, learns what makes you tick, and gets smarter about you over time. Chat anytime about anything — relationships, communication, life, or just to talk. WHO IS INTERQ FOR? Everyone. Whether you're single, in a relationship, working on yourself, or just someone who loves a good personality quiz — InterQ meets you where you are. Self-awareness isn't just for people going through something. It's for anyone who wants to understand themselves and connect better with the people around them. Download InterQ and find out what you're really made of.
