Verdict
Velvet Taco and Topeca Coffee Rosters both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 85% of Topeca Coffee Rosters's written reviews are positive against 51% of Velvet Taco's. Topeca Coffee Rosters also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Velvet Taco's advantage is ratings volume (28K vs 339) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly).
