Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Rev(IV)al Hydration at 100% against FuzeRx's 56%. Rev(IV)al Hydration also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). FuzeRx's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.3). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
FuzeRx holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FuzeRx has 7.4K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of FuzeRx's written reviews are positive against 100% of Rev(IV)al Hydration's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
FuzeRx ships an update fortnightly, Rev(IV)al Hydration every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
