The Simply Conveyancing app, not only allows you to view the current status of your sale or purchase, but also to read or send messages directly to both your lawyer and estate agent. You can also check your estimate, read sellers or buyers guides, make a payment and upload your ID. You will receive notifications direct to your device when key stages of the process have been completed, or when you’ve received a new message from your lawyer or estate agent. Just use the username and password we have sent you in your welcome email to log in.
