Easy to use and handy to have everything all my files in one place. I did find the online portal a bit nicer to use and easier to message my lawyer from there
Lackluster
Honestly with the money you spend for their services you'd think they would hire someone to build a functional app. I could never sign in despite my login details working fine on their website. It's comical they advertise that they have a mobile app when it's this bad.
This app does not function
Not able to log in successfully using correct log in details. Unless an app works then it is pointless.
Can’t get past the login screen - useless!
Sure it’s a great app…if only the login screen worked.
Can’t even log in!
Asks for my pin, I enter it, then asks for my username and password, I enter it. It then asks for me to set a PIN and then re-enter it. I get the briefest moment of the main homepage before it asks for a username and password again, then to set and re-enter a PIN. This then repeats over and over again until I presumably die of old age

Rubbish
Couldn’t get into it properly. Kept wanting me to set a PIN number, you set it, goes back to homepage and just wants the pin again, you end up in a cycle. I rebooted app, got into it, went to add my property and it just went back to the login page again. Far easier going into your account via the website..

Waste of an app :(
Sounds like it would be really useful but unfortunately will not even let me login. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but still no use :(
Not Brilliant
This app certainly needs some development; if it were to work as it should, it would be so useful. The app is clunky to navigate: while using it on my phone, I once found myself in a place where it was impossible to go back. From then on, I could only gain access via my iPad. The messaging facility where one is supposed to be able contact one’s estate agent or solicitor, just stopped working. It is also interesting to note, that although I completed on the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new property, the tracking still shows red, incomplete stages on both. It wouldn’t take much to put these glitches right, so Simply Conveyancing needs to address it if their app is to be compatible with their name.

Epic fail.
Nothing “simple” about them
This company is essentially conducting false advertising in my opinion. I’ve sold several houses and this is by far the most convoluted, unhelpful, paperwork laiden, old fashioned solicitor I’ve ever had. I’m so sorry I went with them.
The app won’t log me in
The app doesn’t work - when entering my details the login button lights up when pressed but nothing happens.
Great when it works
When it works it’s brilliant and really exciting to see how your house move is coming on. But it logged me out and I can’t get back on. I can use the website fine but the app log in button just doesn’t work. I haven’t been able to find any app support. It’s a pity it was going so well. Let’s hope it’s not a reflection of my house purchase!

Unable to login since update.
Was working fine until the latest update. Now won’t accept user name and password. Hohum.
Terrible App
The service these guys offer and their website is terrific.
However, the app is diabolical. I’ve not seen anything so bad in a long time. Just getting past the log in screen is a challenge with no link to the passwords/keychain and no ability to paste in the fields! 🤦♂️

Not very practical for frequent use
The app falls at the first hurdle in that the full username and password has to be remembered each time the user tries to log in. Pretty poor especially if you’ve been using the desktop website and your details are saved within your phone - the app won’t allow user name and password to be accessed quickly using the password function of the iPhone or even copy and paste - that doesn’t work either.

Your app needs to be updated.
It should use Apple’s api for the login screen so I can use the iOS password manager (or a third party one). At present, I can’t even copy and paste my username and password. Since typing my complicated and hence secure password is too much work, I’ve not managed to get beyond the login screen.

So far so good
I have been using Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers for the Sale of my Property and onward purchase. I have found their app to be very good so far, it lets you see the progress on your transactions, send private messages to your solicitor, agent or both, provides handy information like contact details and transaction details. You can make secure payments and upload your ID and documents securely also. The app itself seems stable and I have experienced no issues so far with its functionality. The app is also very easy and simple to use with a very simple but smart aesthetic appearance.
