About

RunAndGui

Features

Run&Gui is a running plan that is alive. A training engine with phases generates it, and every week rebuilds itself from what you log: what you trained, what you rested, what hurt, and what you did outside the plan (that bike hour or Tuesday padel counts too). TALK TO YOUR PLAN (PAID PLANS) Ask for changes in the chat, in plain words: "move my long run to Saturday", "I can only train two days this week", "give me intervals on Tuesday", "I need an easy week". The assistant understands; the engine decides and applies. And when a request goes beyond what your phase recommends, it tells you with the numbers in front of you, and the decision stays yours. RULES THE PLAN FOLLOWS The plan follows these rules: at least 48 hours between hard sessions, a growth ceiling per phase and, if you log pain of 4 out of 10 or more that is getting worse (or two reports of 8 or more in one week), the app removes the quality session. If your health questionnaire asks for it, intensity stays on hold until you log your doctor's OK. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace a healthcare professional. YOUR REAL WEEK Mark sessions done in one tap, log effort and aches, or import your runs from Apple Health (if your watch or running app syncs them to Health). On Sunday, the weekly recap reviews your week and the next one is generated from what you logged, not from what was written. WITH A HUMAN COACH, IF YOU WANT With Human coach you can message a real person in the chat, who can read your plan and edit it. The plan is published automatically: nobody reviews it before you see it, and your coach steps in when your message calls for it. Response times are reasonable, not immediate, and it is not an emergency service. YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES Your health data (questionnaire, cycle, aches) is used only to adapt your plan, and is shared with the AI assistant only if you expressly accept it. You can say no and the app works the same. Export or delete your account anytime, from inside the app. WHAT EACH TIER INCLUDES - Free: one free generation of a full 5K, 10K or half-marathon plan, from your profile. - AI trainer subscription: the chat that changes your training and the creation of new plans (both with a daily and monthly limit), the weekly recap and reading your runs from Apple Health. - Human coach subscription: everything above, with a higher limit of changes in the AI chat, plus a human coach you can message in the chat. Run with a plan that listens. SUBSCRIPTIONS - AI trainer: auto-renewing monthly or annual (a single charge per year). The current price is the one shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase. - Human coach: auto-renewing monthly. The current price is the one shown in the App Store before you confirm your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
