This app is exclusive to clients who have tested at the facility. It allows our clients to stay connected and get the support they need online. Proteins, carbohydrates and fats are adjusted to match your body’s fuel source so that you can achieve your goals. All the tools you need are right at your fingertips. -Food journaling -Weight recording -Daily macros -Expertise advice -Activity log -And more! To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, login to your profile, go to Settings>Optional>and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync” (only available on iOS devices).
