For coaches: • Send pre- and post-practice check-in questions and see every player's answers in one place • Track tournaments with the same journal format • Post team announcements, or message a specific player • Run a classroom-style discussion feed for team reflection • Send self-assessments and goal reviews to track each player's mental skills over a season • Manage your roster and player accounts directly from the app For players: • Fill out quick pre/post-practice and tournament check-ins • Set personal goals across physical, mental, and team categories at each checkpoint of the season • Respond to classroom discussion questions and self-assessments from your coach • See team announcements and a quote of the day Built for club and travel volleyball teams who want a simple, structured way to track the mental side of training all season long.
