Spin the wheel to keep your resolutions. Wheel of Consequences turns a resolution into a fair little game with yourself. On a calm day you decide what happens when you slip, and what treat a good day earns. When the moment comes, you spin, and the wheel picks one of your own cards. No arguing with yourself, no deciding while you are cross. HOW IT WORKS 1. Make a wheel for a resolution: screen time, exercise, bedtime, spending, focus at work. 2. Add what you want to work on, with consequences and treats that feel fair to you, in your own words. 3. Slipped, or did well? Tap "Not so good" or "Good" and spin. The wheel picks fairly from the cards you agreed. 4. Timed cards count down on your Lock Screen, and History keeps every spin. FOR YOURSELF - Your own actions and consequences, in your own words. Add, edit or remove them at any time. - Ready-made ideas for mornings and sleep, exercise, phone and screens, food and drink, study and work. - Siri, Shortcuts, a Control Center button and a Home Screen widget. WITH A PARTNER - Make a shared wheel and send it to your partner. They agree each card on their own phone, or say "I see it differently". Only cards you both agreed can be picked. - Tell your partner about a slip, or something good you spotted, with a few words or a photo (faces are blurred on your phone). - The person it is about sees it first, on their own phone, and answers: "Yes, I did", and spins the wheel themselves, or "That's not what happened". Nothing is ever picked for them. - Either of you can leave a shared wheel at any time. MADE FOR IPHONE DUO - Open it like a book: the wheel on one page, every card on it on the other. When it stops, your card arrives on the facing page. - Stand it half open on a table: the wheel stands up, and you swipe the table to spin it. CALM AND KIND BY DESIGN - The wheel turns slowly, in colours close in brightness, and Reduce Motion stops the spin. - Cards can never be about money, alcohol, anything sexual, public or dangerous, and never shame anyone. - No account and no sign-in. Your wheels stay on your device and in your own backup, unless you send them. FREE, WITH ONE OPTIONAL UNLOCK The wheel, your wheels, your actions and consequences, history and backups are free. The app shows a small ad at the foot of some pages. A one-time unlock (no subscription) removes the ads and adds: - a scratch card for your treats - more ways to pick: a drum, a jar of notes, cards and three doors - a crystal jar and a sticker book - Look back at this week Bought "Unlock complete app" before? It is still yours: tap Restore purchase. There are no prizes and no money in Wheel of Consequences. Choose consequences that are kind and fair. Read full description

For most of us, deadlines are the only thing that make us focus. That's why we procrastinate on what matters to us and struggle to do the things no one tells us to do. No one forces you to go to the gym, read, or put down your phone, and that's why it's hard. Commit turns those intentions into goals with real deadlines and proof you actually did them. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set the goal and how often you want to do it. 2. Choose how you'll prove it. 3. An AI coach grades your evidence against your own criteria and the leniency you set: lenient, moderate, or strict. 4. Miss one, and you have 4 days to appeal the verdict. WAYS TO PROVE IT - A photo or video (optionally camera-only, so nothing can come from your library) - A barcode scan - A GPS check-in at a real place - Apple Health data - A time-lapse of the whole session - A live screen recording - App blocking via Screen Time settings APP BLOCKING Block the apps that take your day. Set a daily limit per app, a number of free openings, or block them outright on the days you choose. Your coach can grant an exception when your own rules allow one. NEVER SLEEP IN AGAIN An alarm goal keeps ringing until you submit your evidence. You can lock the app so it can't be deleted mid-ring. YOU SET THE DIFFICULTY Fully customize how strict the AI grader is. You can lock the strictness so you don't weasel out in the future. FULLY PRIVATE Your data is kept private and never sold. By default your evidence is stored so you and your coach can look back on it. Turn on private mode and your photos, videos, and time-lapses are deleted the moment they're graded. We keep the verdict, not the footage. A free account gives you 2 active goals with every kind of proof, the full AI coach, friends, and app blocking. Commit Premium removes the goal limit and lets the coach schedule your reminders for you. Try it out with a 14 day free trial. Terms of Use: https://commitcontracts.com/terms-of-service.html
