Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: WOWITOYS at 67% against EarVision's 33%. WOWITOYS also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). EarVision's advantage is rating (2.7 vs 2.3) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
EarVision holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EarVision has 206 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of WOWITOYS's written reviews are positive against 33% of EarVision's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
WOWITOYS ships an update every 4 months, EarVision monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
