Task15

A full list isn't always a clear plan. Task15 helps you see what matters, choose what belongs in today, and move it forward. SEE YOUR PRIORITIES Place your tasks on an urgency-and-importance matrix. See the difference between what is pressing and what is important, with four clear priority levels. Switch between individual tasks and the bigger picture of your projects. CHOOSE YOUR TODAY Build today's list on purpose. Keep due dates and follow-ups in sight, track what you finish, and start the next day with a fresh plan. Your other tasks stay in your projects, ready when you need them. MOVE WORK FORWARD Use Kanban to see To do, Open and Complete. Log a call, email, meeting or note without pretending the whole task is finished. Add a follow-up date so the next step stays visible. KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER Give projects their own colours and emoji. Add notes, tags, due dates, optional times and reminders. Set recurring tasks and let the next occurrence appear when the current one is completed or skipped. BUILT FOR YOUR IPHONE Move between Today, Projects, Matrix and Kanban from the tab bar. Portrait Kanban keeps one stage comfortably in view; turn your phone to landscape for the wider board. Add a task wherever you are, with clear controls and text that adapts to your preferred size. On iPad, use the same library and a larger view of your projects and priorities. A CALMER WORKSPACE Fresh editorial typography and considered colour bring clarity to every screen. Follow your device's appearance, or choose Light or Dark. Review your progress in Stats, export CSV, and create or restore JSON backups. YOUR DEVICES. YOUR TASKS. Sync the current Task15 library through your Apple account with iCloud. Reminders are controlled separately on each device. No separate Task15 account is needed. UPGRADING FROM THE TIME-BLOCK VERSION? Task15 3 is a fresh start built around priorities and daily planning. It uses a new task library. Earlier time-block tasks are not imported automatically; the earlier iCloud data is left untouched. Make room for what matters. Privacy first - I collect no data from the app.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Task15 at none against Pomodoro's 5. Task15 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Pomodoro's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
