Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fiends at 100% against WBD Screeners's 17%. Fiends also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). WBD Screeners's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 45 months) and ratings volume (146 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
