ABFlow is a open source music player that can specify the playback range for each track. When learning a new language, we listen to the sound of the teaching materials repeatedly.. However, those voices often contain noises. For example, "Exercise 1: I have a pen." "Exercise 1: " is the noise. Time is limited. We want to hear only essential parts. ABFlow will save your time.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: IMDbPro at 4.6 against ABFlow's 4.0. IMDbPro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 27 months). ABFlow's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs subscription) and review sentiment (50% vs 20%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
IMDbPro holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IMDbPro has 2.7K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of IMDbPro's written reviews are positive against 50% of ABFlow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
IMDbPro ships an update every 9 days, ABFlow every 27 months. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and June 1, 2026 respectively.
