SideRunner gives actors a reader whenever they need one. Upload your sides or your script, choose your character, and SideRunner reads the other roles aloud using a selection of voices or create your own. As you perform your lines, SideRunner listens and responds when it’s the other character’s turn. Giving you a reader that reacts to your performance instead of simply playing back prerecorded lines. Rehearse your way Run a scene as many times as you need. Add beats and pauses where the scene needs room to breathe, then concentrate on your performance instead of operating the app. Get ready for your self-tape When it’s time to record, SideRunner reads the other characters while you focus on your performance. Set up your phone, run the scene and record your take, without needing someone else to be available to read. Review and save or review and retake totally within your control. Built by an actor SideRunner was built around a simple idea: a digital reader should behave more like a real one. Listening, waiting and responding to your performance. Whether you’re running a scene or getting a self-tape done, SideRunner gives you a reader based on your needs and on your schedule.
