Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Buckeye Report at 4.3 against Ohio State Buckeyes's 1.7. Buckeye Report also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). Ohio State Buckeyes's advantage is ratings volume (320 vs 19) and chart position (#98 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
