Make quiet time a daily habit. Meiso is a meditation timer without ads or subscriptions. Set a timer, keep a session log, and meditate at your own pace. TIMER Choose a preset such as 3 or 5 minutes, or use count-up mode without a time limit. Switch the ending sound and vibration on or off. SESSION LOG Review your activity graph, weekly meditation time, streaks and total time. Achievement badges help you track milestones. APPLE WATCH Use the timer without keeping your iPhone nearby, then sync your session history to iPhone. WIDGETS AND HEALTH Home screen widgets and Live Activities are supported. With your permission, save meditation time as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health. HEART RATE VARIABILITY (HRV) Record and analyze metrics such as SDNN and RMSSD using beat intervals from a compatible Bluetooth heart rate sensor. Apple Watch uses available heartbeat data. Compatible hardware and permissions are required; available data and metrics depend on recording conditions. An iPhone alone cannot measure HRV in this app. HRV displays are reference information for personal reflection. They do not establish meditation benefits or assess your health, and are not for diagnosis, treatment or medical decisions. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice. YOUR PREFERENCES Light and dark modes. Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean and Spanish. Free to use, with no ads, subscriptions or account registration. Compatible external hardware is obtained separately.

No subscriptions. No advertisements. No banners, and no notifications distracting you away from what matters. Meditation timers used to be simple, just like the practice they support. Somewhere along the way, wellness became something to sell, and the path to peace was stripped of a foundational teaching: simplicity throughout life as a way to build stillness and centeredness in the mind. Still Flowing Timer returns to that. Set a duration. Choose a bell to open and close your sit — singing bowls, gongs, or a clear chime. Mark the time with interval bells. Save the sessions you return to. If you are still using this app in 21 days, choose whether or not to continue for a one time payment of $4.99. Let's get back to simplicity, starting with a straightforward meditation timer.
