Docs On Tap is a document distribution application that enables you to control the dissemination of information to authorised users. The application is ideal for distributing content such as a board papers, minutes, policies, videos, mp3s - in fact files of any kind. A web application enables an administrator to load files up to a secure server. The content is then securely synchronised to the registered end user who receives the content on their device in a structured format. The end user has the ability to view and annotate documents directly within the app. If you have Docs On Tap installed on multiple devices then annotations are synchronised between devices. Your favourites list and reading history, including last document viewed and last page viewed for each document, are also synchronised between devices. Docs On Tap streamlines the distribution process by delivering the content in a structured manner direct from the web application to the end user.
