Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Anime Figures Price Tracker at 4.3 against Funko's 2.6. Funko's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (661 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Anime Figures Price Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funko has 661 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 18% of Funko's written reviews are positive against 0% of Anime Figures Price Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
