It doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Simply put it doesn’t let you login at all when you try it encounters errors when you search it encounters errors. Loved it prior to this but for around a year it has had these same issues and honestly it’s just not worth the space
Always crashing
Always logging me out , deleting my collection and it cannot log me back in now. I hate this app

App simply doesn’t work, tells you password is incorrect or can’t find account the you try make one and it says “hit a snag” been like this for years now.

Can’t even access my $2000 collection anymore. What a waste of time and a complete joke. shame on me for wasting my money on these things. At least make it available on the web so I can still access it.
Does not work
It will not let me log in. It says my user is incorrect but I can log in on the website. I messaged support at the beginning of August and have chased it weekly since but no one has bothered to reply to me.
Doesn’t work
It keeps telling me the app is out of date and there is no update. I can’t log in, can’t create an account. Nada.. it’s completely broken.

Cant add Address
I live in te Uk & cant add ma Address coz all addresses are in Usa. Is ther a way 2 change te country 2 te Uk on te app coz i can change te currency 2 Gbp.
Horrible search feature
I’ve had this app for years and it started off really great. Over the years it’s gotten worse and worse. Trying to search for anything is an absolute joke. I hope they pay attention to reviews and will try to improve based on what the users actually want.
Can’t log in on app!!!
I can’t log in on the app, as it’s says the password is wrong! Yet I can long in on the website with the same credentials no problem…. Oh and now my account is locked out!!!! Silly issues that need to be sorted ASAP.
Doesn’t work at all now.
Every time I start it up, the app says, “Verification Failed. Please check your internet connection.” My internet is fine. It’s your broken app that’s the problem. I can’t login anymore.

App used to work great, it signed me out and won’t let me sign back in. Also tried to just scan something in and it won’t do that. It’s useless now, delete or don’t bother wasting your time.
Super buggy app
I like many people who collect Funko pops use the app to see new releases, up coming and collection, but the collection part is buggy af, you can’t look at it without it causing an error or even not showing all the ones you’ve scanned to your collection without it bugging out. I do not recommend this app!

Dumb AF
I can’t scroll down my list to see what I have, there’s no search bar for my list of what I own and the filter options are only new-old, a-z and vice versa, not by type or brand. So dumb.
