Was a great way to keep track of what pops I owned and to look when out shopping, but app logged me out and won’t log me back in, won’t let me reset password or make a new account. Fix your app
Can’t retrieve my login
I have been trying for weeks to get back into my account. Can’t login can’t retrieve all my pops that I have scanned in.

I can’t even log into the app anymore or use its features. NOT worth getting
Whoops, We've hit a snag!
Try to login and all I'm met with is this message... "Whoops, we've hit a snag." Password reset doesn't work.... is this app dead?
Login Issues
Replaced my iPhone so when I logged back in it said password was incorrect. The app took me to their website, not to a reset page, just to the home page. So I manually found the password reset inside the website, now when I login in the app, password still incorrect. How can it be when I reset it and it works on the website? Deleting the app and reinstalling it made no difference. Sent a ticket to customer service, but if it’s anything like last time they’ll ignore me for 4months.

Worst App
It never works. Always kicks you out. Reset password doesn’t work. Had problems ordering the custom funko. Have to use desktop and the normal site. Definitely need to invest in the app and improve it.
Not all funkos?
Not all Funko pops are on here, even though this app has been open a very long time.
Rip Off
This place will rip you off in any possible way now. This collectible hobby use to be fun with my son 10 years ago now it’s a waste of time I rather waste my money and time of trading card hobby then Funko pop. To everyone that is starting to collect please waste your money on a company that actually cares about the customer and not themselves over price now will make you use your rewards points to enter for a Funko that you aren’t gonna get and force you to pay shipping cost because they won’t let you combine limited edition items with other Funko orders makes no sense I’m so over it that’s why I decided to move on to Pokemon or trading card hobby much better and not over priced thank you Funko for ruining a hobby I had with my kids!!!!!

Cannot login through app only
My password is correct. I can login online easily. Unfortunately it won’t even let me through the app. A warning pops up in red: It says there is an Internet issue or to update the app. I did both of those things and it still will not login. It says there is an error. It is extremely buggy. The pricing is inaccurate on most of these funkos as well.

Funko must hate their customers.
Nothing works in this app. How hard is it to update the prices?!? If I could give zero stars I would. Worst app on my phone. No wonder this company is going down the drain…
Unable to login
Will not let me sign in, can no longer access my account. Keep getting an error message.
Horrible app
It’s not your connection it’s the app. I swear this app does the all the time. Also how isn’t my account found but I create a new one and the email already exists???
Just one question Also the app is really good
This is a great app. I’m not gonna lie. You guys are being so rude to this app. Funko does a great job on the Funko pops they make, but I just have to ask one question to you guys. Funko what do I do do with this five nights at Freddy’s withered golden Freddy special edition because I don’t see it on the app so I don’t I don’t know what to do with it but still it’s a really good app. I think everybody should give it more than at least 2.8 stars it deserves better.

Terrible customer service
If they respond, they take forever. Their website functions, but won’t let you add to your collection. You can only do that through the app which doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Cant log in since the most recent update. Pretty useless

Logged out
Used to be a good app but it logged me out and won’t log me back in I have tried everything to get in but doesn’t work.
What happened?
I used to enjoy this app. However, now it won’t even let me login to see my collection.
Never works
This app literally never works!! Logs me out every day and has “connection issues” so you can’t log back in, look anything up or add pops to collections. Worthless app!
Ok
I like the app, but lately it’s been buggy. I can’t even log into my account, please fix. I will give more stars when it’s fixed.
