Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Schönbrunn at 4.7 against Westbahn's 3.0. Schönbrunn also leads on ratings volume (86 vs 1) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Schönbrunn holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Schönbrunn has 86 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Westbahn's written reviews are positive against 26% of Schönbrunn's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
