Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 1Address at 5.0 against Donut Call's 4.3. 1Address also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 94 months). Donut Call's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
