FieldX GeoNotes vs Panorama by Precision Planting

FieldX GeoNotes™ is an agricultural app used to record georeferenced comments and pictures at points of interest in a field. While using the app, your path through the field can be recorded and saved. Below are examples of how GeoNotes can be used: - Quickly comment on field conditions, and take photos of crop progress on each field visit. - Record notes and photos of crop damage at a georeferenced location. - Navigate to user-defined observation locations to re-check an issue in the field, or investigate potential problem areas. - Review paths taken through the field to identify parts of the field that haven’t been checked. - Mark locations of hazards and features in the field, such as rocks or drown-outs. - Share collected notes and photos through the Email or Messages app. **Please note that this app is for existing FieldX customers. If you are not a customer, start a free trial today. FieldX GeoNotes is part of the FieldX® Platform, which is an agricultural software system used across the United States and Canada.

Viewing and transferring data out of the cab is not always simple. With Panorama® you can easily view maps, input summaries, and agronomic data from a Gen 3 20|20. See all your 20|20 data on your phone, computer, or platform of your choice. Each step of the crop cycle must have accurate data to guide future decisions. Whether you’re stopping in the field to make a fix, evaluating your approach for the next pass, or choosing your purchases for next season, you need accurate data. The Gen 3 20|20 not only controls your equipment but is the hub for agronomic data and performance metrics from Precision Planting products. The best part about the 20|20 is that it isn’t just for planters. Use it to control and monitor your sprayer, combine, seeder, and fertilizer applicator, then view results in the Panorama platform. By connecting to Wi-Fi, the Gen 3 20|20 will automatically push data to Panorama so you can access it on the app when you’re ready to review.
