Our cardio classes are tracked using the MYZONE heart rate training zones so you always know what you are doing at the Core Connection is benefiting YOU. This also motivates you to get fit and healthy outside the studio as it tracks your workouts outside and you get rewarded for keeping up with that activity. We are a movement studio, meticulous about teaching proper form and our instructors will stop at nothing to help you reach your goals.
