Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: HDBangla at 5.0 against Bioscope+'s 1.5. HDBangla also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). Bioscope+'s advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 32 months) and ratings volume (252 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
