Use the free Alaveda app to access your company/health plan wellness program from your mobile device. The app offers a wide range of personalized tools including: - Take a health risk assessment to determine your risk for disease - Learn how to reduce your risk for disease with personalized plans for wellness - Earn incentives and rewards - Participate in wellness challenges - Socialize with friends and colleagues Alaveda integrates with the Apple Health app which allows you to share steps from your iPhone and activity, workout and sleep data from your Apple Watch. We use this data to provide personalized wellness programming and help drive positive behavior change within your wellness portal. The Alaveda app is available for anyone to download, but you must obtain login credentials from your employer or health plan before you can log in.

RethinkCare, a division of Rethink Autism, is a holistic parenting and behavioral health benefit offered by employers to their workforce. It is not directly available to individuals at this time. RethinkCare is the only digital platform that uses evidence-based, clinically-validated approaches to support employees’ ongoing parental, personal, and professional needs. With 29 training areas, 370+ mini-courses, and 9,000+ daily sessions and resources, RethinkCare offers the largest digital skills training library for employees’ needs across all areas of life—from work life to home life and everything in between. RethinkCare may integrate with the Apple Health API to receive Apple Health data (e.g., Sleep and Steps) which we use to provide our services such as recommending content to users. Working parents also have 1:1 access to live Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). These graduate-level parenting experts are available by appointment, day or night, to help parents understand and act on their most complex challenges. This includes support for parents of children with learning and behavioral disabilities, such as autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome. RethinkCare is available in nine languages across more than 120 countries to help users be better parents, better employees, and better versions of themselves. Eligible employees can sign up through their employer and begin their journey to a healthier and happier life. Available user content is based on each employer’s specific subscription.
