I used it yesterday. Today it says the media is unsupported. So glad y epidermis is leaving Virgin Pulse at the end of the year. Even though it has permissions to connect, there’s no good reason why it connected yesterday and not today. Worthless.

Not working
Ever since the update it says “oops something went wrong”. And kicks me out of the app after loggings in. Dont bother, AI could code better than these clowns.

Haven’t been able to login since the branding change to Personify Health from Virgin Pulse.
App won’t let me log in properly
I can search for my employer and log in, but once it gets to the landing page it gives me an “oops” error and then logs me back out. This app has no use if I can’t log in.
Still horrible
The app has been broken for me for days. I have contacted support, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing has fixed it. When I contacted the company, they replied with boilerplate email and nothing has been fixed

Educational app
As a mom of a newly diagnosed child with ADHD, I find the videos in here highly informative and helps me understand how to support my kiddo learn new life skills. I feel less stressed knowing I have this app easily available to me!

Their recent revisions have made great strides. Much improved. Be sure to enter the app through your host application like Virgin Pulse, if that applies. I’d love to see the rotating quotes come back , when you first start up the app! Overall, good job.

As other reviews state. It works for a bit then crashes. You need to update!
Why does the app continue to be so buggy
I can use the app maybe 20 times before something happens that causes it not to load. Then after if crashes out on loading it never recovers and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. Seriously have you not heard of logging? Or bug reports? Or testing?

This updated app is horrific
I a read and agree with the many one star reviews. This app constantly crashes and I have to keep reloading it. The only reason I even continued to give it a try is because it tied to my employers Health Benefits wellness program.
