Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: ShopWSS at 4.4 against Epic Perks's 3.0. ShopWSS also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 4). Epic Perks's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
