SCAM
I purchased a pair of shoes in size 12, but they sent me a size 10.5 instead. I don’t understand how this happened because I carefully checked the size before placing the order. Their response was simply that they shipped a size 10.5 and that the order was finalized with no returns allowed. This is the first and last time I buy anything from this store. I highly recommend buying from another app instead of WSS.

I put my size in the filter, I get excited bc nice shoes popn up but once I click it, it says don’t have the size, I created a wishlist lol but where is it I searched and the u.s shoe sizes for kids is way off my son where a 3 but the chart has 11.5-12.5 what is that

Doesn’t work
It honestly doesn’t work only for them to charge you but if you have points they won’t get applied it will ask you to sign in even though your signing in already. I can’t even change my address after inputting it constantly says error
Update the app
Can you please update this app?! It’s so outdated! I can’t add anything to my cart, I can’t store anything in my favorites. I can’t update my address without a pop up saying “throttled” or “error” it’s been 7 months since last update fix these bugs man do y’all not want our money?

Scam company, sends obviously fake shoes, unreturnable, not refundable, nonreplaceable. Cheaper prices does not always mean better.
Do not buy shoes from this company
I ordered it and they said can’t sent to different address. I ordered shoes for my grandkid. I talked to them and they said they will cancel it and return my money back. I have been waiting for a week and half for money to return. I just got email from them they shipped it to other state. Where did they got the address to shipped it to California? I’m from Arizona and asked them to shipped to Nevada. They are scammers. I have to report to my bank.

Terrible app
First, you can’t even sign up and set up an account. Second when you go to filters type in gender and size apparently there’s zero products even though I have a common size 2nd the top left three lines drop-down menu is also not working correctly as every time I would go down it says there is no shoes available.

The app will not save my wish list
Unable to sign in to app
I created a new account on the website, but unable to log into the app. It is stuck on the spinning wheel, or goes to empty page.
Can’t log in or buy anything
I’ve sat there for two hours, trying to sign in and yet the app won’t even allow me to sign in after I put in my credentials so I can’t even use my gift card becasue the closest store is three hours away from me, anytime, I tried to use my gift card without an account. It still wouldn’t work and not allow me to buy the shoes using my gift card. i’m very upset.

Shopping cart empty
I fill my shopping cart with a bunch of shoes and I come back later to see that my shopping cart is empty. I lost all the shoes I wanted to buy

My Wishlist Glitch
When I leave the app, my wish list is deleted. This makes it difficult to buy shoes when the shoes I have lined up keep disappearing. Please fix in next update.
App is fine - dealing with them is a hassle
Usually I buy in store from WSS. Ordered a pair of soccer cleats. As soon as they were put on something didn’t feel right. Compared them to the same model, smaller size and there was a seam in the shoe that caused discomfort. An obvious defect. Didn’t have it at a local store, and can’t return to the store…Come on, it 2023. Every other major retailer allows in store returns.
Then I’m asked for pictures of the defect. Oh really? A shipping label must be worth losing a customer.
