Etwas genauer gesagt: ihr könnt auf einer etwa 3 km langen Strecke etwas für euer Herz und gleichzeitig für eure geistige Fitness tun. Unser Maskottchen, der Denki, wird euch auf der Denkspur an sog. Denkstationen Gedächtnisaufgaben stellen, die ihr in einem interessanten Spielemodus erledigen müsst. Das so absolvierte Bewegungs- und Gedächtnistraining steigert u.a. die geistige Leistungsfähigkeit um 20 %. Mittlerweile weiß man aus entsprechenden Studien, dass z.B. Lern- und Merkfähigkeit, Konzentration und Denkflexibilität neue Impulse bekommen. Euer Gehirn wird sich über die Abwechslung und immer neuen Herausforderungen freuen, die es bei Nutzung der App zu bewältigen hat. Nutzung der App: - Nach Download werdet ihr zu den Denkstationen geführt, an denen ihr unterschiedliche Aufgaben lösen müsst. - An von Euch ausgesuchten Stationen müsst ihr auch Augmented-Reality-Funktionen nutzen. - Die App kontrolliert die Erledigung eurer Aufgaben und gibt euch Rückmeldung. - Wenn ihr die App mehrfach nutzt, werdet ihr entsprechend neue Aufgaben vorfinden. Mitmachen: Wir wollen die App so weiter entwickeln, dass sie euch immer mehr Spaß macht in Zukunft und die Spiele noch interessanter werden.
