Adaptive digitalises paratransit services offered by cities. Users of the service can place, modify or review their trip requests through the App (or by a call) and routes are suggested automatically to the Driver, having considered the special requirements of every user (i.e. wheelchair adapted seats, time for entering/leaving the vehicle, etc.).
