Verdict
Pho Viet's and Smalls Sliders both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Pho Viet's's written reviews are positive against 63% of Smalls Sliders's. Pho Viet's also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Smalls Sliders's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 19 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
