Flow Squat

Features

Flow Squat is a live squat-depth judge for wall-ball training. Prop your iPhone up, let the front camera see you, and get a verdict on each completed squat — VALID or NO REP — while you train. HOW IT WORKS • Set your phone on the floor or a box, facing you from the side or rear. • Flow Squat finds your position automatically — no manual calibration picking. • A countdown gets you into position, then completed squats are judged in real time. • Each rep counts only when you reach the required depth. Short reps are called NO REP. • Optional audio cues announce the countdown, rep verdicts, and the end of your set. OPTIONAL WORKOUT VIDEO • Turn on Record Workout in Settings to make a silent video of your set. • Preview the video in Result at 1Ɨ, 4Ɨ, or 8Ɨ speed. • Choose Save Video to add a copy to Photos, or Share Video to select a destination using the iOS share sheet. • Auto-Save Video to Photos is a separate Settings option, off by default. When enabled, it saves one original-speed copy after the set. • Leaving Result removes the app's temporary video. Flow Squat warns you first if you have not saved or shared it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Squat analysis runs on your device. Avocado Lab does not receive your live camera feed or workout videos. • Workout recording is optional and off by default. No microphone access is requested. • No account, sign-in, analytics, or advertising. • Session history and per-rep results stay on your phone, and you can delete them in the app. FOR TRAINERS WHO COUNT • Live rep counter with session history. • Side and rear camera placements supported. • Review every rep of a past session rep by rep. A NOTE ON SCOPE Flow Squat is a training aid for personal practice. It does not certify wall-ball compliance with any official rulebook, and it is not a substitute for a human judge in competition. Flow Squat requires an iPhone with a front camera. Camera access is used only while you are training.
