About

Flow Squat

Features

Flow Squat is a live squat-depth judge for wall-ball training. Prop your iPhone up, let the front camera see you, and get a verdict on every rep — VALID or NO REP — while you train. HOW IT WORKS • Set your phone on the floor or a box, facing you (side or rear view). • Flow Squat finds your position automatically — no manual calibration picking. • A countdown gets you into position, then every squat is judged in real time. • Each rep counts only when you reach the required depth. Short reps are called NO REP. • Audio cues announce the countdown, every rep verdict, and the end of your set. • Optional Record Workout saves a video of your set to your photo library. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • All analysis runs on your device, and the camera feed is never uploaded. • Workout recording is optional and off by default; a recording is saved to your photo library only when you turn it on, and it never leaves your device. • No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising. • Your session history and per-rep results stay on your phone, and you can delete them anytime. FOR TRAINERS WHO COUNT • Live rep counter with session history. • Side and rear camera placements supported. • Review every rep of a past session rep-by-rep. A NOTE ON SCOPE Flow Squat is a training aid for personal practice. It does not certify wall-ball compliance with any official rulebook, and it is not a substitute for a human judge in competition. Flow Squat requires an iPhone with a front camera. Camera access is used only while you are training.
