Every workout on time. HybridWorkoutTimer is the interval timer for coaches and athletes, with five timers in one app. TABATA – Set work, rest and rounds, or pick a preset. EMOM – Every minute on the minute, with your own interval and duration. AMRAP – As many rounds as possible; tap to count each round. FOR TIME – Race the clock with a time cap. MIX – Build your own workout from work, rest and prepare segments and repeat it as often as you like. SEE YOUR PHASE AT A GLANCE Big digits and a ring in the color of your phase: green is work, orange is rest. The screen flashes at every phase change, so you never miss a switch. COACH FROM YOUR WRIST Your Apple Watch follows along. Pause, skip, add time or count a round without touching your phone. Start a workout from the Watch and it opens on your iPhone. GYM CLOCK ON YOUR IPAD Put an iPad in the middle of the gym. It shows the workout running on your iPhone full screen, with huge digits, phase colors and rounds, readable from across the room. iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch run on the same second, over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, without internet. No iPhone? Start the workout on the iPad itself. HEAR EVERY CUE Voice announcements, countdown beeps and call-outs like "Ten seconds!" and "Get ready!". Choose from horn, air horn, buzzer, boxing bell, whistle and more. Music from other apps is lowered during cues. ALWAYS IN VIEW Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and skip buttons. The screen stays awake during your workout. Your history keeps track of every workout you finish.
