Butler Order-Trac is an easy to use and unique job site inventory control tool. This powerful app helps Butler Builders and installation crews maintain visibility of incoming orders, save time unloading and staging steel, and locate material on site to speed the installation process. There is no special hardware required – just use your smart device to; • View the status of trucks loaded, in transit or on the jobsite in real-time • View and search detailed truck and phase manifest • Built-in scanning uses the device’s camera for scanning Bill of Ladings, parts, and packages • Map functions help locate materials on the jobsite • 3D Part search and display aides in staging materials to speed the installation process • Wildcard search for parts, packages, or package contents • Report field issues to Butler Project Manager using the camera and communication features • Communication feature allows for easy coordination with your Butler Project Manager via phone or email with pictures from your jobsite • Cloud based technology allows multiple users to operate independently • Ability to work offline, storing data on the device to sync with the cloud when available

Roger’s FieldDirect mobile trucker application provides real-time data and information shares that support trucker’s needs including; load logistics, route planning, coordination with dispatch, load assignments, freight invoicing for quick payment, route/map and other related shipment (load) progress, statuses and other communication needs. Below are some of the features that you should be aware of before installing and using this application. Shipments: Once you are part of FieldDirect, your shipper will assign you recurring or one-time shipments to haul grain from our producers’ farm fields during harvest. In order to provide you a better experience, we use device location data with your consent. Invoice: The app will allow you to invoice your shipper for all completed shipments. Real Time Navigation: By providing your consent to monitor your device’s location data when the application is running in foreground or background (which may dramatically reduce battery life), the app will offer you route navigation capabilities to complete your shipments between a farm field and elevator. The app will provide turn by turn direction. Data Privacy: We do not share your location data with outside parties. Apart from an active load, the shipper restricts location monitoring to our business hours. Killing the application will end any location monitoring. Logging out of the application also eliminates location monitoring and deletes the devices local data storage. This application does not include any ads. Background Data Sync: The app will sync all your data in the cloud with strong encryption and restores the data to the device you are logged into. The app will sync your data in the background without disturbing your user experience. Background Monitoring: Once the app starts, it runs quietly in the background. It will be stopped once the app is killed or you log out of the application. It also stops when there are no shipments after business hours. Monitoring Multiple Devices: We only monitor your current device and clear your location data from your previous logged in devices. No Internet Connection: The app will store all your information in your devices local storage with strong encryption and allows continuous use of the application to complete basic tasks.
