About

Sit Log

Features

This free app supports your meditation practice. You can create profiles and, for each profile, configure the sitting length and number of starting and ending bells. It tracks your daily meditation "streak" and can display a home screen or lock screen widget. You can choose the "start of day" for your streak. You can set a "Count a streak from before Sit" if you want to continue a streak you started elsewhere. Sit Simple Meditation has a basic Siri interface and a Shortcuts interface. It collects no data unless you tell it to track your "Mindful Minutes," which is between you and Apple Health.
