Formalister vs Yandex Pro

The Formalist application allows managers to effectively work with a client using standardized scripts. In the program, the manager will find everything you need to correctly tell about the company's shares, special offers, new projects, and services. Managers can show information on the tablet in online and offline mode, switching between specific points of the script. During the conversation with the client, managers record the answers to the questions presented in the script. The manager has on his tablet through the integration with the company's CRM system the meetings planned for the near future. After the meeting, data about the conversation with clients is transferred to the company's CRM system. To control the work of managers, the program makes an audio recording of a conversation with a client. The company's control department has the ability to listen to individual audio recordings on various topics of conversation with the client. The company, whose managers are consulting, warns clients that during the conversation, audio recording of conversations is made to monitor the work of managers.
