Most to-do apps assume your brain works a certain way: that you'll tidy your lists, plan your week, and calmly work through it. If you have ADHD, you already know how that goes. Molehill is a task manager built for ADHD brains. It doesn't ask you to be organised — it does the organising, so you can do the doing. Dump everything out of your head, see just one thing at a time, and watch mountains turn into molehills. BRAIN DUMP — GET IT ALL OUT Racing thoughts at 11pm? Open Brain Dump and type everything, in any order, as messy as you like. Molehill's AI sorts your stream of thought into clear, small tasks — today, upcoming, or someday — in seconds. You review, tap once, and your head is empty and your list is real. No organising required. JUST ONE THING — FOCUS MODE A long list is a wall. Molehill's Focus Mode shows you exactly one task, full screen, nothing else. Do it, skip it, or sit with it — there's no wrong answer. Finish and you get a little celebration, then the next single thing. That's how mountains shrink: one molehill at a time. TIME YOU CAN SEE Time blindness is real. Focus Mode includes a big, visible timer (10, 15, or 25 minutes) that drains in front of you — no surprise alarms, no red flashing, no shame when it runs out. Just a gentle "stop here or keep rolling — both are wins." NO GUILT, BY DESIGN Nothing in Molehill nags, shames, or turns red. Overdue tasks don't scream at you. Streaks don't break. Your Logbook keeps a record of everything you've finished — proof, on the hard days, that you do get things done. CAPTURE AT THE SPEED OF THOUGHT Type "call dentist tomorrow at 2" and Molehill sets the date and time automatically. The Inbox catches everything; you never have to file a thought before you're ready. SIMPLE STRUCTURE, WHEN YOU WANT IT - Inbox — everything lands here first. Zero filing pressure. - Today — a short list of what actually matters right now. - Upcoming — dated things, out of your head until they're relevant. - Someday — ideas you're not ready for, safely parked. - Logbook — everything you've done. Your evidence locker. Group tasks into Projects when it helps. Ignore all of it when it doesn't. Molehill works however your brain works today. GET STARTED FREE Molehill is free to use: unlimited tasks, all the views, one AI brain dump every day, Focus Mode, and up to 5 projects. MOLEHILL PREMIUM - Unlimited AI brain dumps — empty your head as often as you need - Unlimited projects and Areas to organise your whole life - Repeating tasks for routines and meds-adjacent reminders - Advanced search across everything Premium is £4.99/month or £39.99/year (save over 30%), with a free 14-day trial. A note on the name: "making a mountain out of a molehill" is what anxiety does to a task list. Molehill is the reverse. Molehill is built with care for ADHD and neurodivergent-friendly workflows. It is a productivity tool, not a medical product, and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Molehill at every 4 days against Forms's fortnightly. Molehill also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forms sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.49 per month and Molehill sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
