This app lets you record the number of times you used your inhaler and securely stores it as a time stamped data point in Apple's HealthKit. By opening the Health App you can view your inhaler usage in graphs, export it as CSV data, and take it with you when you move to a new iPhone. Includes a Today Extension (widget) for easy access from the lock screen! To export your health data, open the Health App, tap on the "Health Data" section, then tap on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen. Beneath your health data is a field labeled "Export Health Data" that you can tap on. This app WILL NOT tell you if your inhaler is effective and it WILL NOT tell you if you're using it too much. Consult with a medical professional to determine the proper solution for you.

THOUSANDS OF 5-STAR REVIEWS “Visible has been LIFE-CHANGING. I had fibromyalgia before COVID and thought I did well at pacing, but this has helped me on a whole new level.” – Roma “This is the first app in the 33 years since I have been diagnosed with this condition that shows me the data my doctor and I need. Fitness apps don't work well because they are not geared for people with POTS and PEM. This is the very first app that warns me when I have to SLOW DOWN and the monthly reports help my doctors get a better picture of how I'm doing.” – Lesli “Visible has been life changing making an invisible illness visible. It has been credibly validating to have concrete evidence to show to others about what is going on behind the scenes." – Eleanor Visible is not intended to provide medical services such as diagnosis, cure, mitigation, prevention, or treatment of any disease or medical condition. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Visible at 4.8 against Inhaler Tracker's 4.3. Visible also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (3.7K vs 6). Inhaler Tracker's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 89%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Visible holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Visible has 3.7K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Inhaler Tracker's written reviews are positive against 89% of Visible's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Inhaler Tracker ships an update every 6 months, Visible fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
