The still young science of positive psychology has made some amazing discoveries. It has been shown that answering some questions significantly improves the quality of life. Therefore, it was important to us to support the user also by content from this area. - Apply mindfulness techniques with audio tutorials. In addition, audios from experienced coaches are provided on various relaxation techniques. These range from classic breath relaxation to progressive muscle relaxation and different types of meditation. - Video-introductions to the different areas.
